Being well begins
with living well

A more nourishing and energizing life starts here. Are you ready to begin?

Hello dear guest, and welcome.  However you found me and regardless of where you're at on your wellness journey, I'm glad you're here.  My name is Jamie McCollough and I am a holistic health coach and the founder of Kiwe Collective, a workplace wellbeing company that addresses root cause issues impeding the health and sustainability of organizations.

Through my own journey of corporate burnout recovery, chronic gut health issues, and a subsequent career pivot, I realized that we have more agency over our health & happiness than we often know, or action.  It's now my personal mission and honor to provide the individualized and supportive environment needed to help others tune into and address their own wellbeing needs so they can live more nourishing and energizing lives.

Whole Person Approach

Our health and happiness levels are directly impacted by how we live each day.

My coaching engagements are personalized experiences focused on sustainable lifestyle shifts that will optimize your wellbeing holistically by supporting your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health.

I will help you connect with your personal wellness needs and provide you with the space, support, tools, and accountability during your journey toward a healthier and happier you.

Together we will:

  • Explore and define your vision for a well life across multiple dimensions of wellbeing

  • Determine the goals, paths, and sustainable shifts that will enable that life

  • Integrate guidance from other practitioners if applicable e.g. your dietitian, physician, energy healer, etc

  • Work through any blockers that you encounter along the way

Initial discovery sessions are complimentary and allow you to learn more about my coaching style and explore how a coaching experience could support your wellness  goals.
